Joe Biller

Joe co-founded the foundation after his daughter was diagnosed at the age of 2 with a unique condition requiring therapy and special needs schooling. Thanks to early-intervention therapy, their daughter is getting her best chance at a healthy life. But not all families are so fortunate. Their daughter’s diagnosis and the family’s Christian faith inspired Joe and Melissa to assist local families that cannot afford the immense cost of therapy and early intervention for their kids. It is their hope that more children in their daughter’s situation can become Shooting Stars and accomplish anything life puts in front of them.

Joe is a CFA and managing partner for American Century Investments, specializing in private equity investing.

Joe and his family live in Chanhassen and attend Westwood Community Church, where they are actively involved in small groups and the church community.
