Tom Letscher

In addition to serving on the Board of The Shooting Star Foundation, Tom is vice chair of the Board of Directors and chair of the Executive Committee of the Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota. Tom and his family are devoted to serving those in need, and Tom joined the Board of The Shooting Star Foundation to help bring the mission of The Shooting Star Foundation to life.

Tom is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm with 800 attorneys and 22 offices.  Tom is a veteran medtech counselor and transaction attorney and chair of the firm’s medical technology practice.  He has represented early stage and middle market public companies in dozens of financing, acquisition and sale transactions for more than 20 years. He assists medtech companies with formation, equity capital raising, technology acquisition and licensing, as well as mergers and acquisitions and related matters.  In addition, he is a member of the Board of Governors of the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Minnesota Director of the Evans Scholars Foundation.
