The Shooting Star Foundation partners with the best therapy providers in Minnesota. We are a third-party pay source directly to the provider to give financial assistance to qualified families with a household income under $150,000. We currently partner with Sunny Days Therapy, St David’s Center, and Fraser. You can begin your scholarship application after being approved for services by one of these providers. Simply choose your preferred partner and apply.
